Rhiannon Thomas is a FAMAC accrediated mediator. She believes that the traditional litigation process is not suited to resolving family law issues and that mediation can be an empowering process for a couple or family in conflict.

She is able to mediate any or all of the problems that arise when couples separate, such as:

  • decisions about separation or divorce
  • arrangements which concern the children, such as drawing up a parenting plan which would include contact and care arrangements
  • maintenance – child and spousal
  • housing and property
  • financial matters

In support of her application for accreditation as a FAMAC mediator, one of her co-mediators wrote:

'Rhiannon has a confident and containing mediation style. I believe her temperament is naturally suited to mediation. She is warm and approachable.'
